All you want is to be seen - for someone to look through your personas, your fears, your protection and see your soul. All you want is to be heard - for anyone to hear your needs, your reasons and your Truth.
My friend, you deserve to be seen and you deserve to be heard. Don't shrink down and try to be seen and heard by those who do not have the skills or the vision to see and hear you. Have compassion for them and then choose to be around people who CAN hear and see you.
Today, let go of the desire to convince others that you are okay. Simply choose to be around those who know that you are okay!
